To make purchases on our Website you do not need to register - although we recommend it. Creating an account with us means you can check the status of your orders and track them online, print receipts, view your order history, checkout faster, and save wishlists. Join us now.

On the product page, select the desired material, colour and size of the product; Add the product to Basket; Once you have finished shopping, go to your basket; Select a shipping method and a payment method; Enter your shipping and payment details; Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Review & Purchase”. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. After you received your order confirmation, we will send you and email confirming your order has been processed and goes in production and again once it has been dispatched.

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. If you placed an order, it will be processed on the same day. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be produced before dispatch as our jewellery pieces are individually crafted. We will keep you up to date with the progress of your piece of jewellery throughout the entire order process.

We will send you regular updates via email throughout the process to put your mind at ease. If for some reason you aren’t receiving these notifications, please email us and we will check this for you. Please check whether the emails have gone into your spam folder first.

    A confirmation that we have received your order and it's processing. We have reviewed and accepted your order.

  2. Your order goes in production
    Your order has been processed and goes in production.

  3. Your order is on its way
    A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number to track the delivery of your parcel.

If you would like to change your order please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of purchase. We recommend that you do this by email to maria@byMazy.com. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number. Once an item goes into production, we can no longer change or cancel it as our products are individually crafted. You may cancel your order before the order has been processed and goes in production and you have received your confirmation email: "Your order goes in production".
